Website & contact form data: when you submit an enquiry, we collect your first name, last name, email address, the topic of your enquiry, and the message you send us.

Employer portal account data: when you register for an employer account, we collect your company name, contact person name, designation, phone number, email address, industry/sector, company registration number (optional), company address, and login credentials.

Requirement data: details you submit about your workforce requirements, including trade/role, headcount, experience, salary, benefits, work location, contract terms, and any documents you attach.

All account passwords are stored using strong one-way cryptographic hashing (bcrypt). We never store, log, or transmit passwords in plain text, and our staff cannot see your password.

Access to the employer portal is protected by authenticated sessions. Employers can only view their own company's requirements; they can never access another company's data. Administrative functions are restricted to authorized Zoryn International personnel only.

We rate-limit login attempts to protect accounts against automated and repeated unauthorized access.
